So here we are! Video number seven! This is part of a series of videos. In this series, I tackle the difficult question of where to invest during a crisis. As you now know, it doesn’t matter whether there is a crisis or not. In other words, a crisis should not affect your investment strategy. Your investment strategy is key. This is how the professional investors, like Warren Buffet, decide where to invest. But, how can you invest like Warren Buffett?
Is it possible for you to invest like Warren Buffett?
Now, Warren Buffett is known for his investment company, Berkshire Hathaway. Through this company and through his many investments, Warren Buffett became a billionaire. Now in this video, I explain how he does it. HINT: Warren Buffett didn’t become a billionaire using passive investment in index funds. Likewise, he didn’t do it with mutual funds. Nor did he use a basic stock picking strategy like many people use.
This isn’t to say that those methods aren’t useful. They are. But it depends on your goals and on your skills. So how did he do it? I explain how in the video. But just to get you started, Warren Buffett uses fundamental analysis of stocks to guide his decisions. In short, this is how he has been supremely successful in the stock market.
Can you do it?
Is fundamental investing for you? Can you invest like Warren Buffett? Well it depends on you. How much work you can or are willing to put in. It is not easy. But I break down the stock market for beginners. I explain the difference between active investing vs passive investing. I provide some active income ideas.
Active investing requires active management. You can’t sit back and hope your investments will be successful. Above all, you must put the time in and develop the necessary investing skills. This is how you get results. Other types of active investments include technical analysis of stocks. This is very different to fundamental analysis. I introduce this method of investing in the video.
Some people want their investments to provide income. So does Warren Buffett. So he focuses on dividend stocks. These stocks provide a predictable dividend income. Find out how he does this in the video:
